1. Refund Policy Overview
TB Clan Tools is a subscription software service. We offer a 7-day trial so you can evaluate the platform before paying. After first payment, eligible purchases are covered by a 14-day money-back window unless otherwise stated at checkout.
22. Refund Eligibility
You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first successful subscription charge. After that period, renewals are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future billing.
33. How to Request a Refund
Email support@tbclantools.com with subject 'Refund Request' and include your account email plus transaction details. If your checkout was provider-hosted, you may also use the relevant customer portal when available.
44. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Most refunds appear within 5-10 business days, depending on provider and bank/payment network timelines.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds are not available for requests submitted after the eligibility window, accounts restricted for serious Terms violations, or completed cryptocurrency contributions processed through NOWPayments (blockchain transactions are generally irreversible).
