Terms of Service

TB Clan Tools is a software platform for Total Battle clan analytics, chest tracking, and team coordination. We continuously improve features to keep the service reliable, useful, and easy to use.

Please keep your account information accurate and your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account, except where unauthorized use is caused by our failure to maintain reasonable security safeguards.

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Depending on your selected method and regional availability, payments may be processed by Stripe, Paddle (including PayPal where available), or NOWPayments for crypto transactions. Paddle may act as Merchant of Record for eligible transactions and handle invoicing, tax collection, and transaction-level receipts. Provider availability can change by region, compliance requirements, and operational constraints.

Our Refund Policy explains eligibility, timelines, and processing steps. If you have a billing issue, contact support@tbclantools.com first so we can resolve it quickly. For provider-hosted checkouts, refunds are handled through the relevant payment provider workflows.

If a free trial is offered, the trial duration and eligibility rules are shown before checkout. You can cancel before trial end to avoid renewal. If not canceled, the selected paid plan begins automatically when the trial ends.

Accounts may manage one or more clans where product features allow it. Clan admins control manager access and are responsible for keeping permissions up to date for their workspace.

You authorize TB Clan Tools to process game-related data needed to provide analytics and automation features. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with game rules, platform rules, and applicable laws.

AI assistant outputs are provided to help with operational decisions and workflow support. They may contain mistakes, so please review outputs before acting on them. AI outputs are not legal, tax, or financial advice.

Clan admins can create shareable public links, optionally protected by PIN. Where contributions are enabled, they are software-service payments that can be applied to eligible clan subscription charges only. Wallet credits are non-withdrawable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or cryptocurrency.

Please use the service lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the platform, misuse payment flows, or access data without authorization. We may limit access when needed to protect users, providers, and platform security.

TB Clan Tools software, branding, and platform content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to your own submitted content, and grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it to provide the service.

We rely on trusted third-party providers for infrastructure, analytics, AI, and payment processing. Their systems and policies may affect availability and checkout experience. Provider-hosted pages are also governed by the provider terms and privacy notices.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious policy breaches, security risks, legal requirements, or non-payment, while applying reasonable and fair process where practical.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where TB Clan Tools is operated, unless mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.

We may update these Terms when product, legal, or compliance needs change. Updated Terms become effective when posted with a new revision date. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.
