Every change to TB Clan Tools, newest first. Each entry is dated and tagged New, Better or Fixed; anything not live for every clan says Rolling out or Soon.

Weekly targets
- NewNew weekly target system. Set weekly targets by Guardsmen, Might or Capitol level. Each level gets its own weekly score, plus the chests it must generate each week, as required or bonus goals.
- NewWeekly results for every member. Each member gets ✔ or ✖ on every goal and Met or Missed for the week, and their profile keeps their last 8 weeks.
- NewThis week’s target on the Overview. The target sits under the Overview header, and Show message turns it into a post for the clan chat.
- NewReady-to-paste chat reminders. One short line per member saying where they stand, copied in parts that fit the game’s chat limit.
- NewYour week or the game’s week. Set targets on your clan’s own week or on the game’s 6-day calendar, chosen in Settings.
Valdric, your clan’s strategist Beta
- Ask Valdric anything about your clan. Beta Admins and officers ask in their own words, and Valdric answers from your clan’s real numbers, and only your clan’s. Valdric is in Beta: tell us when an answer looks off.
- Analyse your clan. Beta Who generated what, by player, chest, source, event, day or hour, with tables, rankings and charts.
- Check weekly targets. Beta Who met the targets, who missed them and who needs a nudge.
- Look up any member. Beta A member’s full chest history, even if you misspell the name.
- Design a competition. Beta Valdric proposes 2 or 3 formats (weeks, scoring, teams, rewards), tracks the one you pick and shows the standings.
- Coach your clan. Beta Options to lift your clan’s activity, built from your own numbers.
- Clan-chat posts written for you. Beta Valdric writes the post and splits it to fit the game’s chat limit, ready to copy.
- Game questions answered. Beta Events, chests and what they can give, with the game’s own names.
- TB Clan Tools explained. Beta How any screen or setting works.
- Copy, export and paste. Beta Copy an answer or a table in one tap, download a table as CSV in your language’s format, or paste your own table for Valdric to work with.
- Your conversations kept. Beta Edit a question or Ask again without losing earlier answers.
- Ten languages. Beta Ask in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Dutch or Czech.
- Reads, never changes. Beta Valdric only reads your clan; he never changes targets, scores or settings.
- Event points in Valdric’s answers. Soon Valdric will answer with each member’s points in every event.
- The guides in Valdric’s knowledge. Soon Valdric will answer from the site’s player guides too.
Overview and tracking
- NewAll-new Overview dashboard. Today, This week, Members and Clan Might at a glance, then weekly progress, trends, chest sources, top players, active bonuses and the weekly targets.
- NewMembers who need attention. Each member’s week reads On track, Behind, Critical or Exceeded, so you see at once who needs a nudge.
- NewChests opened in the game. The Overview warns you about chests opened straight in the game in the last 24 hours, so you know whom to ask.
- NewLive tracker status. The tracker chip at the top shows what the System is doing at each step of a count, and why a count stopped.
- BetterEvery chest counted every 15 minutes. All week, on every plan, each count finishes in under 5 minutes and lands on the right member.
- BetterNew chests named right away. Seasonal chests such as the Halloween chests are named and placed in their events, and a chest newer than our list is never shown as “Unknown”.
- BetterNumbers you can trust. Every page shows when it was last updated, Today never shows a zero before the day is counted, and an unfinished week says so.
Chests and scoring
- NewEvent-aware chest archive. Every chest shows the event it came from. Search and filter by player, event, chest title and date range, group by player and export to CSV.
- NewYour own chest scoring. Score chests by source and quality. Start from the Standard, Competitive or Casual preset, or set your own scores and save them as your own configurations, from a phone too.
- NewRewards with drop chances. See what each chest can give, as the game’s chance in percent: what’s live now, what’s coming up, and Find an item to see which chests give it.
Members
- NewFull member profiles. Chest history, an activity timeline, chests by event and weekly target history for every member.
- NewJoin date and clan rank from the game. See when each player joined and their clan rank, with the game’s medals for the top three.
- NewNotes, Exempt and pins. Add notes, mark members Exempt from targets, and pin the members you follow to the top.
- NewChoose your columns. Show or hide columns on the members table, and on a phone choose the fields on each card.
- NewCSV exports. Export the member list or a member’s full history.
- NewMembers claim their profile. A member claims their profile with their Progress ID. Once confirmed, they see the clan read-only, with their own row marked “You”.
- BetterRoster history kept for you. Joins, leaves, ex-members and level-ups are all recorded.
Calendar, events and gift codes
- NewNew game calendar. Every event in your own time zone, in Timeline and Month views, with the game’s art, entry rules in the game’s own words and the chests each event offers.
- NewFollow events. Follow the events you care about. The game’s one-off events show in Upcoming too.
- Events page. Rolling out Each event’s windows, who from your clan took part and the results, over the last 30 or 90 days.
- NewGift codes. Find Ready now codes, filter by reward, hide the ones you claimed on each game account, and report whether a code Works or is Broken.
Team, sharing and announcements
- NewOfficer roles with their own rights. Invite officers with a link and choose what each one manages: members, scoring, sharing, targets, the tracker, settings and announcements.
- NewOne account for all your clans. Lead several clans from one account, add another clan from the clan switcher, and stay on the same page when you switch.
- NewAnnouncements. Send an announcement, event reminder or urgent message now, or schedule it for later.
- NewNotification center. Everyone in the clan reads the latest announcements in one place and chooses which types to get. Leaders and officers can get them on their phone.
- BetterViewer link with PIN and expiry. One read-only link shows the whole clan to your members, with an optional PIN and an optional expiry date.
Plans and billing
- NewClan wallet. Share the cost of your plan: members fill the clan wallet from one link, with no account, renewals are paid from it, and the contribution history shows who chipped in.
- NewTop contributor nameplates. The month’s top contributors to the clan wallet wear a nameplate across the dashboard.
- BetterEvery feature on every plan. Starter and Pro differ only in how many chests a month are counted.
- BetterStart free. A new clan goes live today with no card, and its first plan starts with 7 more free days.
- BetterPay your way. Pay online or from the clan wallet, and switch from the next renewal.
- BetterDowngrade warning. Before you downgrade, Billing warns you if your clan generates more chests than the smaller plan counts.
- BetterCancel and undo. Cancel the renewal at any time, and take the cancel back before the period ends.
- BetterLower price for more clans. An admin who already pays for one clan pays less for each further clan, automatically.
- BetterYour settings stay yours. Without an active plan, tracking pauses and says so. Your tracker setting stays as you left it, so counting picks up again once a plan is active.
Setup and settings
- NewGuided clan setup. Create your clan and connect the System in one form, then follow a checklist until the first count arrives.
- NewEnter the game’s login code on the site. When the game asks for a login code, enter it straight in Settings.
- NewSwitch game accounts without a gap. A guided switch connects your new game account while the current one keeps counting, shows every step, and can be cancelled before the handover.
- BetterSettings in five clear groups. Each part saves on its own: turn tracking on or off, choose how often your clan is counted, export a week of chests, or skip the day’s reward-chances refresh.
- NewStart your data over. Clan admins can reset the clan’s data, with members who claimed their profile staying linked, or delete all members once the clan holds no chests.
Help, guides and the public site
- NewDocs for every screen. Step-by-step docs, from getting started to the tracker, Overview, Members, weekly targets, Team and Settings.
- NewGuides for Total Battle players. Events, troop stacking, the calendar and gift codes, with dated facts and sources, in every language of the site.
- NewDemo clan. Anyone can look around every screen with no sign-up.
- NewStatus page and changelog. See how counting works and how to check your clan, and follow every change by RSS.
- NewContact the team. The Contact page sends your message straight to the team.
Everywhere
- BetterFaster pages. Pages open faster, and the Overview shows its figures first while the chart fills in.
- BetterBuilt for phones, light or dark. Refreshed mobile layouts where wide tables turn into cards, in a light or a dark theme.
- BetterNumbers the game’s way. Big figures read 35K or 1.8M, with the exact number on hover or tap.
- BetterNo dead ends. A link to a member or event your clan doesn’t have opens the nearest list, and a page open during an update asks you to reload.
- BetterEasy sign-in. Sign in with your email and a 6-digit code, or with Google. You choose whether analytics cookies are used.
- Better8 languages. English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish, Portuguese and Russian.
Good to know
- Events. Rolling out The Events page is opening to more clans step by step.
- Valdric. Beta Answers keep improving; tell us when one looks off.
- BetterLeave clan chests unopened. Leave clan chests unopened on the game account connected to TB Clan Tools, so the System can count them. Chests opened directly in the game can’t be included in the stats.
- BetterShare links still work. Existing viewer links still open, but you may need to enter the PIN again.
Coming soon
- Event points for every member. Soon See each member’s points in every event.
- Artifact fragments by event score. Soon Share out artifact fragments by each member’s event score.
- Announcements on members’ phones. Soon Members get your announcements as phone notifications too.
