Is counting up to date?
How often the System counts your clan’s chests, how fresh your numbers should be, and what to check when they look old.
How counting works
Every clan, every 15 minutes.
- 15 minEvery clan’s chests are counted every 15 minutes, on every plan.
- < 5 minEach count is done in under 5 minutes.
- 1 a dayAt most once a day one count takes a little longer, to refresh the reward chances. Leaders can skip it.
- 24 hChests opened straight in the game aren’t counted; the Overview warns about them for 24 hours.
Your clan
How fresh are your numbers?
Every page of your clan shows “Updated …” at the top: when your clan’s last count finished.
Open your Overview and read “Updated …” at the top.
Members on the viewer link see the same line.
A little over 15 minutes is normal.
The next count is already on its way.
Much older? Check your game account in Settings.
Settings shows whether the account your clan uses is connected.
Still old? Write to the team.

Is TB Clan Tools down?
If this page opens, the site is up. To see whether your clan’s numbers are current, read “Updated …” at the top of your Overview: a little over 15 minutes is normal. During an update, every page shows a maintenance notice instead.
What does it count, and how often?
Every clan chest, on the right member, every 15 minutes on every plan. Each count is done in under 5 minutes.
My clan’s numbers look old. What should I check?
If “Updated …” on your Overview is much older than 15 minutes, open Settings to check your game account, or write to us from the Contact page.
What about chests opened straight in the game?
If someone opens a chest straight in the game, it stays out of your stats. The Overview tells you when that happened in the last 24 hours.
