In short

Create a free TB Clan Tools account, connect a Total Battle account that is in your clan, and the System counts every chest on the member who earned it, fresh every 15 minutes. Most clans see their first results within a few minutes, with no card, and members need no account.

Why track chests?

If you keep your clan’s chests by hand, you know the routine:

  • Opening the game every day to copy the chest list before it expires.
  • A spreadsheet that only one officer understands.
  • Missed days, typos and arguments at the end of every week.

Chest tracking puts every chest on the member who earned it, with its source and time, all week. Recognition becomes fair, targets become clear and nobody has to collect anything.

What you’ll need

  1. A Total Battle account that is a member of your clan. Any rank is fine.
  2. That account’s email and password, and its inbox nearby: the game may send a 6-character security code the first time.
  3. About five minutes. No card.

Step 1: Create your account

Open TB Clan Tools and choose Start free for 8 days. Sign in with Google, or with the code we email you. It takes under a minute.

Step 2: Create your clan

On Create your clan, enter the email and password of the Total Battle account the tracker uses. You can leave the clan name, tag and kingdom empty: they are filled in on the first count. If the account has several progresses, add its Progress ID, or choose it later in Settings.

Step 3: Pick the account the tracker uses

Option A: a separate account (recommended)

  • Create a second Total Battle account and have it join your clan.
  • Easy to hand over if leadership changes: the new leader just takes the login.
  • You keep playing on your main account without interruption.

Option B: your main account

It works too. Keep in mind that the game allows one session per account, so you may be signed out of the game now and then while the System counts your clan’s chests. If that bothers you, switch to a separate account later in Settings.

Step 4: Start the tracker and paste the code

Press Start the tracker. The first time, the game may email that account a 6-character security code. When it does, the page asks for it: paste it there and the first run carries on. Your clan name and kingdom fill in on their own.

Step 5: Read your first results

Your first results usually land within a few minutes, on the Overview. From then on your clan is counted again every 15 minutes, all week. The Overview always says how long ago the last count was.

Want the click-by-click version with every screen? The Getting started page in the docs has it.

Step 6: Share it with your clan

Open Viewer access. Your clan has one share link, and it opens every page of the clan read-only. Turn on Require a PIN so the link stays inside the clan even if someone forwards it. Visitors enter the PIN once per device.

Before you post it, use Preview the PIN screen to see exactly what a member sees. Then post the link in clan chat and share the PIN the same way. Nobody can read a stored PIN back, not even you, so keep it somewhere your officers can find it. If the link ever leaks, regenerate it: the old address stops working and the PIN stays as it is.

Troubleshooting common issues

The security code did not arrive

  • Check the spam folder of the game account’s inbox.
  • Make sure the email you entered is the one on the game account.

No chests appearing

  • Check that the tracker’s account is still a member of your clan.
  • Give it a few minutes: the clan is counted every 15 minutes.
  • Chests opened straight in the game are not in your stats; the Overview tells you when that happened in the last 24 hours.

Signed out of the game often

You are using your main account (Option B). Move the tracker to a separate account in Settings.

What gets counted

FieldExample
PlayerThe member who earned it
ChestIts name as the game writes it
SourceEpic Crypt, level 25
EventRagnarök, when it belongs to one
ScorePoints from your clan’s scoring
TimeWhen it came in, in clan time or yours

Only your clan’s admins and managers see it, plus anyone you give the viewer link and its PIN.

Next steps

  1. Set your scoring so a Legendary chest never counts like a wooden one.
  2. Set a weekly target so every member knows the minimum.
  3. Share the viewer link with a PIN in clan chat.
  4. Give your officers a manager seat.

Questions

How long does setup take?

About five minutes. Your first results usually land within a few minutes after you press Start the tracker.

Do my members need an account?

No. Members need no account. They read their own line from the viewer link and its PIN.

Does it cost anything to start?

No. Your clan goes live today with no card. When you choose a plan at checkout, the next 7 days are free too.
