Sharing & Team/Team Management

Team Management

The team management feature provides granular permission controls – invite trusted officers and co-leaders to help manage your clan without sharing passwords or giving full access.

Quick Start

  1. Go to Settings β†’ Team
  2. Click Invite Manager – enter their email and select permissions
  3. They receive an email – clicking the link adds them to your clan
  4. Adjust permissions anytime – add or remove access as roles change

Why Team Management Matters for Total Battle Clans

Running a competitive Total Battle clan is a team effort. Leaders, Superiors, and Officers all have roles:

In-Game RoleTB Clan Tools RoleTypical Responsibilities
Clan LeaderAdmin (Owner)Full control, strategic decisions
SuperiorsManager (Full)Day-to-day operations, member management
OfficersManager (Limited)Specific tasks (recruitment, events)
VeteransViewer (Public Link)Read-only access via shared links

Benefits of delegating:

  • Reduce leader burnout
  • Enable timezone coverage (officers in different regions)
  • Train future leaders with limited access
  • Maintain security (no shared passwords)
