Questions

Asked before you ask.

Do my members need an account?
No. You share one viewer link, with a PIN if you want one, and each member checks their own line. Members who sign in see their row marked “You”.
Can members change anything from the link?
No. The viewer link is read-only: members read the clan’s pages and change nothing.
Can I keep the link inside the clan?
Yes. Add a PIN, and only members who know it can open the link. After five wrong tries a visitor waits an hour; a member who entered the PIN stays in for 30 days on that device. You can also set an expiry, or make a new link at any time.
What does a member see?
The same pages as the officers, read-only: the clan’s score against its requirement, every member’s weekly target and goals, and their own line.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. TB Clan Tools is a website that works in any phone or desktop browser, for leaders and for members.
