How it works

How to track chests in Total Battle, step by step.

Connect one account that is in your clan, set your weekly targets and share one link. From then on, every clan chest is counted every 15 minutes, on the right member, and each member checks their own line.

01Create your clan

Connect one account that is in your clan.

Many leaders create a separate account just for this, so it is easy to hand over when leadership changes. It is used only to count your clan’s chests.

02Set the week

Every member knows the bar before the week starts.

Set a weekly score by Guardsmen, Capitol or Might level, then the chests each member needs. Base the week on your clan’s own week or on the game’s 6-day calendar.

  • Points firstPoints already count every chest a member generates. Chest goals come on top.
  • Your own scoringStandard, Competitive or Casual, or your own scores per source and quality.

03Share one link

Members follow their own line.

One read-only link for the whole clan, with a PIN if you want one. Members open it on any phone and check their score and goals.

04Follow the week

You know who to nudge before the reset.

The Overview shows the clan’s score against its requirement, every goal ✔ or ✖ for every member, and who is Behind or Critical, by name.

Which Total Battle account does it use?
One account that is in your clan, which you connect during setup. Many leaders create a separate account just for this, so it is easy to hand over when leadership changes. After each count it is free again in under 5 minutes; at most once a day, only when needed, one count takes a little longer, to refresh the reward chances you see in Rewards, and leaders can skip it. It is used only to count your clan’s chests: it never plays for you and never spends.
Do my members need an account?
No. You share one viewer link, with a PIN if you want one, and each member checks their own line. Members who sign in see their row marked “You”.
Can my officers help set it up?
Yes. Invite officers on Team and choose what each may manage: members, scoring, sharing, targets, the tracker, settings and announcements.
What about chests opened straight in the game?
If someone opens a chest straight in the game, it stays out of your stats. The Overview tells you when that happened in the last 24 hours.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Your clan goes live today with no card. Choose a plan at checkout and the next 7 days are free too, with nothing charged before they end.
